Privacy

spindown.ai is run by APPTIME LLC, a California company. This page covers the waitlist and this website. A full privacy policy for the product will be published before launch.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, when you joined, which version of this page you saw, and which page you signed up from. If you answer the name question we store your answer, the version of the page, and the day, but not your email, and we don't link answers to sign-ups.

Two cookies: one remembers which version of the page you saw, so the page doesn't change between visits, and one remembers that you've voted. We count visits, sign-ups and pre-order clicks per day and per page version, as totals. Our host keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type) for a limited time for security and debugging.

What we do with it

We email you about the launch and occasional updates. We don't sell or share your email. Pre-order payments are handled by Stripe, which receives what you enter at checkout and which version of this page you saw.

Removing your data

Reply to any email from us, or write to privacy@spindown.ai, and we'll delete your entry.
